Merritt Estate Winery was one of the first farm wineries organized in Chautauqua County, but its history dates all the way back to the late 1800s. A full-functioning winery since 1976, the father-and-son duo of William T. Merritt and Jason C. Merritt dedicate themselves to producing some of the area’s finest wines.
