Known as the home of the Original Chicken Wing (dating back to 1964), Anchor Bar has been a staple of the local restaurant scene and a destination for many visitors. The fine people behind the Buffalocal brand BlackBird Cider Works opened the first dedicated craft cider bar in the city of Buffalo in 2018, featuring New York State hard ciders as well as local craft beer, wine and small plates.
