Pearl Street Grill & Brewery came into existence in 1997 at 76 Pearl Street in downtown Buffalo, NY. The building in which the brewery resides was originally built in 1870.

All of Pearl Street’s beers are brewed year-round right on site in a process that takes about one month from brew day to serving time, then pumped directly from their serving tanks to the taps and into your glass. So next time you lift a pint at one of their bars, remember that it was born in the same building where you’re sitting.
