BlackBird Cider Works is proud to be Niagara County’s first sole craft hard cider producer. Nestled on a beautiful farm overlooking Lake Ontario, they produce hard ciders made from apples grown in their own estate orchard.
Their new and roomy Buffalo Cider Hall features over 30 ciders and beers on tap, with a focus on local and New York State products, a spacious outdoor patio area, and a production area focused on limited edition and barrel-aged ciders.
